SHIPPING & RETURNS

We offer free next day delivery to all UAE orders placed by 12PM.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery information is accurate and complete. To avoid any delays make sure you provide us with the correct contact number. 

 

Returns

 

The item/s must be returned to us within 14 days of first receiving the parcel. Please note that we can only accept returns with the merchandise in the original condition.

 

Items must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags on and in the bag they were shipped in. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

 

Return shipping costs are the to be covered by the customer. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times.

 

How to Create a Return

 

1. To initiate a return please send an e-mail to info@kinha.me with your order number and specifying the return reason. 

2. After your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation from our team to begin the return process. 

3. The item/s will be inspected upon return and you will be notified once your refund has been processed.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned item does not meet our policy requirements.

 

Exchanges

 

We currently do not offer exchanges. The easiest way to do this is to return your products and make a new order.
