Is there a physical boutique for Kin Ha?

We are only physically available in Valladolid, Yuc. México in Cleo Concept Store located inside Conato Restaurant (Address: 40 x 45 y 47, San Juan, 97780).

What is the shipping time?

We offer free next day delivery within the UAE for all orders placed before 12PM.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only deliver to the UAE, however, we are working on expanding our reach within the Middle East. Stay tuned.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order with us once the order has been confirmed. You will have to return the item/s. For more information please refer to our Shipping & Return policy

How can I return my order?

Send an e-mail to info@kinha.me specifying the return reason.
After your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation from our team to begin the return process.
The item/s will be inspected upon return and you will be notified once your refund has been processed.
